The state of a lover for ALLAH- By, Sayyeda Gilani (this is incomplete & inshaALLAH- ALLAH will help me to complete this)

The state of a lover for ALLAH- By, Sayyeda Gilani.

"La Ilaha IllALLAHu Muhammad-ur-rasool-u-ALLAH (SallaALLAHu alaihi wa aalihi wassallam)"

Patience is a Virtue,
But impatience is what I feel…..

Happiness is a blessing,
But sadness is to my liking.

Sharp memory is an asset
But forgetfulness is my mate.

Generosity is what is loved
But miserliness is to what I move….

Being in love with YOU
This is what has become my fate!

Because the intensity of my love for YOU…
has driven me far, from what is acceptable to-date…..

My thoughts- by, Sayyeda GIlani

Lost in myself- I think of you,
Walking by myself- I long for you….

Is this love or a good deed?
As- YOU-yourself are my need.

In my heart, in my dreams I am with YOU,
Even spending eternity with YOU is still short of minutes few.

If truth be told…
Yes, I’m in love with The LORD.

HIS Mercy envelops me everywhere,
Patience & Virtue have become my affairs.

"Qul Hu WaALLAHu ahad" is what HE says,
For my palate- THIS is the taste.

ALLAH! ALLAH! ALLAH! My tongue screams
HU! HU! HU! My heart beats.

Every breath brings me closer..
To the ONE WHO has no other.

If I live, If I die- I don’t care
As HE is all of what my heart is aware.

Living is just existing,
In worldly deeds I’m just subsisting.

Loving HIM is the true meaning of life
Respect of the blessed Prophet is for what I strive.
(Peace be upon him)

My life is Salah, Sawm, Zakah, Hajj & the Shahadah….
which will end in "La Ilaha IllALLAH Muhammad-ur-rasul-u-ALLAH!
(SallALLAHu alaihi wa aalihi wassallam).

WE ARE BEING WATCHED & HEARD 24/7 !!!

Thanks to Romie Ali for postiong

What would you do if you knew that there is someone watching you on his CCTV camera?

Your actions would obviously be changed!

Have you ever realised that Allah, your Lord Who has created you is not just watching you 24/7, but also listening to every single word that you utter openly or in secret, and understands every single thought that passes through your mind?

They may hide (Their crimes) from men, but they cannot hide (Them) from Allah, seeing that He is in their midst when they plot by night, in words that He cannot approve: And Allah Does compass round all that they do. {Holy Qur’an, 4:108}

What would you do if you saw someone filming you?

Again, your actions/attitudes would be a lot different from the normal!

Have you ever realised that the two appointed angels on your shoulders are constantly recording your actions, which will be presented to you on the Day of Judgement?

It will be either FOR you or AGAINST you.

Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left. They know (and understand) all that you do. {Holy Qur’an, 50:17/82:12}

So, my dear brothers and sisters, we should be very careful about what we do, what we say and what we think, openly or in secret, because it is all being recorded in the book of our deeds, and we will be rewarded or be punished according to that.

Whoever acts righteously, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will surely give him life with a good life, and We will surely give them their reward in accordance with the best of what they used to do… (Holy Qur’an, 16:97)

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, whatever you’re saying, whatever you’re thinking, openly or in secret, just remember that.. "ALLAH IS LISTENING & WATCHING OVER YOU".

Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)? {Holy Qur’an, 75:36}

Allah has such complete Knowledge as to be able to Know all things past, present and future in all places at exactly the same time. The same can be said for His absolute Hearing and Seeing. In this way, His Knowledge, His Hearing, His Sight is everywhere simultaneously.
In this regard, the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, told us He is as close to us as our jugular vein. He also explained Allah is "with us" when we are in sincere worship to Him and in times of need. Naturally, this would not compromise His existence outside of His creation.

Allah, subhanahu wa taa’la, says in the Qur’an:

"And know that Allah knows what is in your minds, so fear Him." [Holy Qur’an, 2:235]

Know they not that Allah does know their secret (thoughts) and their secret counsels, and that Allah knows well all things unseen? {Holy Qur’an, 9:78}

..Allah knows well the secrets of your hearts {Holy Qur’an, 5:7/84:23).

"And Allah is Ever a Watcher over all things." [Holy Qur’an, 33:52].
Knows he not that Allah does see? {Holy Qur’an, 96:14}

"And He {Allah} is with you wherever you may be." [Holy Qur’an, 57:4]

…Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what you do. (Holy Qur’an, Surah al Hashr :18)

…Not a leaf does fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read). {Holy Qur’an, 6:59}

They may hide (Their crimes) from men, but they cannot hide (Them) from Allah, seeing that He is in their midst when they plot by night, in words that He cannot approve: And Allah Does compass round all that they do. {Holy Qur’an, 4:108}

"So, by your Lord (O Muhammad) We shall certainly call all of them to account for all that they used to do." (Holy Qur’an, Surah al Hijr: 92-93)

It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. {Holy Qur’an, 50:16}.

Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left. They know (and understand) all that you do. {Holy Qur’an, 50:17/82:12}

Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it) {Holy Qur’an, 50:18}.

And the stupor of death will bring Truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which you were trying to escape!" {Holy Qur’an, 50:19}.

And verily, We shall recount their whole story with knowledge, for We were never absent (at any time or place). {Holy Qur’an, 7:7}

We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account. {Holy Qur’an, 21:47}.

And he who does an atom’s weight of good will see it. And he who does an atom’s weight of evil will see it. Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide. {Holy Qur’an, 99:7-8 /23:102-103}

"Then as for him who will be given his Record in his right hand will say: `Take, read my Record!”’ (Holy Qur’an, 69:19).

So those on the Right Hand (i.e., those who will be given their Records in their right hands) how (fortunate) will those be on the Right Hand! (As a respect for them, because they will enter Jannah). And those on the Left Hand (i.e., those who will be given their Record in their left hands) how (unfortunate) will those be on the Left Hand! (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell).” (Holy Qur’an, 56:8-9)

Whoever acts righteously, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will surely give him life with a good life, and We will surely give them their reward in accordance with the best of what they used to do… (Holy Qur’an, 16:97)

As for whoever exceeded the limits and preferred the life of this world, surely his abode will be the Fire; and as for whoever feared to stand before his Lord and restrained the desires of his self, surely his abode will be the Garden. {Holy Qur’an, 79:39-40)
What can Allah gain by your punishment, if you are grateful and you believe? Nay, it is Allah that recognises (all good), and knows all things. {Holy Qur’an, 4:147}

“Oh you who believe! Enter into Islam fully and whole-heartedly and follow not the footsteps of Satan, for he is to you an avowed enemy,” (Holy Qur’an, 2:208)

Satan makes them promises, and creates in them false desires; but satan’s promises are nothing but deception. {Holy Qur’an, 4:120}
Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents, that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire. {Holy Qur’an, 35:6}

(Their allies deceived them), like the Evil One, when he says to man, "Deny Allah: but when (man) denies Allah, (the Evil One) says, "I am free of you: I do fear Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!" {Holy Qur’an, 59:16}

O you Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as He got your parents {Adam & Eve} out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where you cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith. {Holy Qur’an, 7:27}

If a suggestion from Satan assail your (mind), seek refuge with Allah. for He hears and knows (all things). {Holy Qur’an, 7:200}

How a Person Could Change!

Thanks to brother Greenland for posting

The following story was narrated to us by brother Mahmud from Preston, England. Once, he along with a group of Muslims were visiting a city for inviting others to Allah. They happened to pass by a group of youths who were Muslims by birth but became gang members. The brothers didn’t give those gang members the negative attitude that others give while passing by them. Rather, they went and hand-shook with them out of brotherhood. With love and affection, the brothers invited the youths to come to the Masjid. Not being familiar with such kindness, the gang members were surprised and decided to come to the Masjid for once. These youths were so much away from Islam that they were smoking in the Masjid and doing a lot of other disrespectful acts. However, brother Mahmud and others were discussing with them about the Greatness of Allah with patience and endurance. A time came when the brothers had to return to their homes and before leaving they advised the gang members to turn towards Allah.
After several years, brother Mahmud was attending a large gathering of Muslims when suddenly someone called him from the back. There were few people dressed in sunnah standing behind him. They asked brother Mahmud if he recognizes them. They told him, We are those gang members whom you visited few years back. We decided to go out and learn more about Islam and eventually changed our lives.

Dear readers, we should never underestimate certain people because of the way they are as every individual has the capacity to become a friend of Allah. It is only Allah who guides; we can only try with kindness to reach out to their hearts.

Say: "Shall we indeed call on others besides Allah,- things that can do us neither good nor harm,- and turn on our heels after receiving guidance from Allah. – like one whom the evil ones have made into a fool, wandering bewildered through the earth, his friends calling, come to us’, (vainly) guiding him to the path." Say: "(Allah)’s guidance is the (only) guidance, and we have been directed to submit ourselves to the Lord of the worlds(AL QURAN 6:71)

Allah

Imam Abu Na3eem mentioned in his book Al-Hulya, that Imam Zunoon Al-Masry said:

Allah Ta3ala, nothing contains Him
And He knows all about us wherever we are
Where, How, When are not to be attributed to Him
And He is not to be measured in any quantity or time
Allah has no limit or corners or edges
He was not seen by an eye and nothing resembles Him
He is not to be imagined or painted or drawn or captured by any illusion
And He is not like anything and He has no son

Imam Qushairy mentioned that Ja3far Ibn Nusair was asked about the meaning of the Aya: Arrahman 3alal 3arsh Istawa. He said, Allah Ta3ala encompasses everything by His knowledge, and nothing is physically closer to Him than anything else.

Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib said what means: Allah existed at no begning without a place, and He still exists now as He always has

Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali mentioned in hi book: Ihya Ulum-ad-deen, the chapter of Aqeedah in volume 1:
"Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib mentioned that Allah Ta3ala created the Arsh (throne: ceiling of Heaven) as a manifestation of Hisi power, and not as a place for His divine existence.

Imam Ahmed Arrifa3y said what means: Believing in Allah Ta3ala properly means you need to believe without a shadow of a doubt that He exists without a how or a place.

Imam Ja3far Assadeq, the son of Imam Muhammad Al-Baqer, the son of Imam Ali Zain-ul-Abideen, the son of Sayedna Al-Hussain ibn Ali what means:

"Whoever claims that Allah is in something, or that Allah is physically above something or that Allah is in something, this person has committed Shirk (bilasphomy) For if Allah were from something, He would have been created. And if He was physically above something, He would have been carried by others, and if He were inside something , He would have been contained and such created."

Imam Ahmed Ibn Salamah Abu Ja3far Attahawy said what means: "Allah Ta3ala has no limits, no ends, no corners, no limbs, no tools, no parts, and Allah is not contained in any of the six directions, unlike the rest of His creations"

Subhanallah, the creator of time, place, directions, dimensions, bodies, spirits, pictures, figures, forms and shapes, who has nothing of those qualities, and who doesn’t resemble any of His creations.

And May Allah bestow His utmost blessings and raising of rank upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam, and upon his honorable household and companions.
